19 day Santa’s Grotto sited in a vacant unit. Families booked via an online booking facility and also pre-ordered photo packages during their visit. Following clear distancing and hygiene measures, overseen by the elves, families embarked on a magical journey to see Santa in his Grotto.
To promote the event, we focussed on a targeted social media campaign with promotional video content, including onsite marketing assets.
Fully booked slots up to Christmas Eve with rave reviews from our families who visited Santa. Despite falling into tier 4 COVID restriction, cancelling the final week, we managed to provide a magical experience for over 2,500 people, achieving £5 for every £1 spent on the event.
